We spent the morning at the museum of the Opole Village created in 1961 with a church, a water wheel, several windmills, cottages and a forge. Some of the buildings had different permanent displays. The school consisted of one part for classes and the other part for the schoolmaster to live at.
For lunch we had pierogies, then I went for a long walk while my granddaughter napped in the stroller. I walked across the island past the playground and generally explored until she woke up.
After dinner we walked to the train station and looked around.
